Order acceptance

The company reserves the right to refuse any order without reason.

Payment

All goods must be paid for in full on or before delivery unless otherwise agreed with the company.

 

Retention Of Title

Goods will remain the property of the company until paid for in full by cash or cleared funds 

 

Refunds & Credits

If an order is cacelled in full before preparation and shipping  and payment has already been made the company will refund this amount to the customer by the most appropriate method.

 

Lost or damaged goods if proved to be the company at fault, will be delt with by way of a credit note posted to the customers account.

 

If goods are suspected lost or damaged this must be reported to the company within 24 hours of delivery.

 

Pricing

Pricing is correct at time of publication but is subject to change without notice.

Delivered pricing is free of carriage subject to minimum order value and mixture.

 

Delivery

The company is not liable for failure to deliver at any specific time or place.

 

Stock Availability

The company is not liable for non availability of stock.
